The shift

Cold outbound replies at 1% . We reply at 23% .

Because nobody ignores an invitation to a room of their peers. And once they walk in, the conversation does the selling.

it really is that simple
What we actually do

A three-phase playbook we've run dozens of times.

From a cold LinkedIn invite to a booked 1-on-1 — every step is handled by us, modeled after the playbook that built Y Meadows' primary lead-gen engine for 5 years.

Phase 01

Recruit

We write the outreach, run LinkedIn + Meta sourcing against your validated ICP, handle every reply, RSVP, and reminder. Your inbox stays empty.

Phase 02

Convene

You facilitate one hour. We produce the room, match peers strategically in breakouts, and steer the conversation so the right buyers gravitate toward you.

Phase 03

Convert

"Stay connected" opt-in, contact distribution, and 1-on-1 meetings booked directly on your calendar — with the attendees who match your buyer profile.

Same goal, two different games

Why cold outbound is dying — and what's replacing it.

Look at what hits the same VP's inbox versus what hits their calendar invites. The conversion math isn't subtle.

What you walk away with

Three compounding assets, every month.

Bridgio doesn't sell "more meetings." We hand you the three things that make B2B pipeline actually compound — qualified demand, real relationships, and social equity you own.

01

Qualified demand , on tap

Turn your network into your primary lead source. Monthly roundtables position you as the trusted host — not the salesperson interrupting their day.

  • 20–60 ICP-matched attendees per session
  • 23% reply · 55% attendance
  • First qualified meetings in 30 days
02

Real relationships , not noise

Face-to-face conversations that build trust, uncover real needs, and accelerate sales cycles through genuine connection — at scale.

  • Strategic breakout matching
  • Post-event 'stay connected' opt-in
  • Direct intros to anyone who fits
03

Social equity you actually own

Stop renting attention on crowded platforms. Build a community asset you control — relationships that compound in value when ad spend stops.

  • You own the community, not the platform
  • Compounding monthly cohorts
  • Long-term defensible pipeline

"There's a low barrier to entry. Everyone loves community. 'Do you want to join a community?' versus 'Do you want to learn about a product?' — that's why Brain Trust has always been solid for us."

Honest part

We're not for everyone.

The free consult exists so we both find out — fast — whether this model fits. If it doesn't, we say so on the call.

A great fit if…

You're a B2B founder or growth marketer whose product or service starts with a real conversation. Your ICP gathers somewhere — LinkedIn, an industry list, a referral graph — and the deal size makes one good meeting a week worth fighting for.

  • Your ICP is reachable on LinkedIn (or you have email lists)
  • Average deal size justifies one good meeting a week of work
  • You sell to leadership / decision-makers, not bottom-of-funnel users
  • You can show up for one Zoom hour a month

We'll send you elsewhere if…

Communities don't fix everything. If your audience won't show up to a Zoom roundtable, or your deal economics don't survive a relationship-led sales cycle, this isn't your channel — and we'll be the first to tell you on the consult call.

  • Transactional, low-ACV, self-serve SaaS
  • Pure PLG motion with no sales conversation
  • Audience nowhere on LinkedIn and no email list to start from
  • You can't commit one hour a month to facilitate
honesty before a contract beats churn after one
Pricing

Custom. Month-to-month. One hour from you.

We don't publish tiers because we don't sell a SKU. Your engagement is sized to the community we'd build for you — recruitment volume, number of cohorts, platform mix — and priced so the cost-per-qualified-meeting math works from month two onward.

No annual contracts. No SaaS-style auto-renew. You can leave any month, and we tell you ourselves if the model stops working before you have to ask.

Start with a free 30-min consult

No card. No pitch deck. Just a live ICP review with the founder.

FAQ

Things B2B founders ask before signing.

How long until our first live event?
Five to seven weeks from contract. Week one is ICP sharpening and audience validation. Weeks two through six are LinkedIn + email recruitment. Then you facilitate. First qualified 20-min meetings land inside 30 days.
How much time do I personally have to commit?
One hour to facilitate the roundtable each month, plus whatever 1-on-1 meetings you choose to take from the qualified attendees we route to your calendar. Recruitment, reply handling, breakout matching, follow-up, and scheduling are all on us.
How is this different from a networking group or industry association?
You build your own community. You decide every invitee against your exact ICP. You control the relationships, the agenda, and the topic. Members defend their participation because the peer connections are valuable — not because of any membership lock-in.
What if my buyers aren't active on LinkedIn?
During the free consult we validate your audience against the channels you have — LinkedIn, email lists, partner referrals. If there aren't a few thousand reachable contacts, we tell you upfront. This model won't work for every business, and we'd rather find out before a contract.
What can I expect in the first 90 days?
Month one: launch. First event typically generates 10–12 qualified meetings from ~20 attendees. Month two: reply rates climb as word travels. Month three: meeting conversion deepens as community trust compounds. From there it's a flywheel.
What if a community member ends up being a competitor?
The community is yours. It's not a public group. Every invitation is curated by us against your ICP, vetted with you when needed. Competitors don't get in. The room is yours.
